Our Story
Grazr didn’t start in a boardroom or a pitch deck.
It started on the processing floor—where real work happens, where time matters, and where technology has too often lagged behind the people who depend on it.
We spent time with meat processors of all sizes: family-owned lockers, regional processors, and growing facilities trying to scale without losing what made them great. What we saw was consistent—hardworking teams juggling clipboards, spreadsheets, legacy systems, and disconnected tools, all while navigating increasing regulatory pressure, labor shortages, and rising customer expectations.
The industry wasn’t short on grit or expertise.
It was short on software that actually understood how meat processing works.
So we built Grazr.
Not as a generic ERP. Not as repurposed manufacturing software. But as a platform designed from the ground up for meat processors—their workflows, their terminology, their compliance needs, and their reality.
From live kill-floor tracking to carcass breakdowns, from inventory and labeling to customer orders and traceability, Grazr was shaped by real conversations and real pain points. Every feature exists because someone in the plant needed it to work—fast, clearly, and reliably.
Our goal was simple:
-
Replace chaos with clarity
-
Replace paper with confidence
-
Replace outdated tools with modern, intuitive software
But more importantly, Grazr exists to respect the craft.
Meat processing is not just production—it’s stewardship. It’s food safety, transparency, and trust passed from producer to processor to customer. Grazr helps protect that chain by giving processors the tools they need to operate efficiently, stay compliant, and grow sustainably—without losing control of their operation.
Today, Grazr continues to evolve alongside the processors we serve. We listen. We iterate. We build with intention.
Because the future of meat processing deserves software that’s just as strong, precise, and dependable as the people behind it.
